Working together

What is health research?

Taking part in research is your chance to help improve future care. Volunteers may test new medicines, devices, or ways of delivering care. Every study is carefully reviewed to ensure it is safe, ethical, and makes a real difference.

Why take part?

Health research helps us find new and better ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat illness. Visit our health research guide to learn more about different types of research, and what terminology you may hear.

Where can I learn more?

We make it easier to take part in health research with us. Explore our featured studies to learn more about current opportunities, or visit our partner pages to discover more about health research at each location.

Why are we working together?

We are a group of NHS Trusts and GP Surgeries working together to create more opportunities for people to take part in health research across acute care, community care, mental health, and general practice.
